How long will we work together?
Every client I work with is different, but most partnerships last at least 6 months. That gives us the time we need to tackle what’s holding you back now and build something solid for the long run.
We’ll get to the root of your challenges, create real change, and make sure you have tools you can keep using after our partnership ends. Everything is designed around what you need, not a fixed program or timeline.
Where do sessions happen?
Online, over Zoom—easy and flexible, no matter where you are in the world. If you're based in Switzerland, we can meet in person too.
How often do we meet?
We meet once a week for 90 minutes. This consistent, dedicated time ensures we can address your challenges in depth and create meaningful progress
Do I get support between sessions?
Yes, absolutely. You can message or email me during weekdays (8am to 8pm), and I’ll be there. I’ll also send you personalized tools or exercises to work on between sessions. Most clients set aside 2–3 hours per week outside our calls.
What’s your style?
I’ll support you and challenge you—whatever helps you move forward. You’ll always have a safe, judgment-free space to figure things out and take action. My approach is direct, supportive, and results-driven.
Is your approach coaching, mentoring or consulting?
It’s all of the above.Sometimes I’ll guide you like a systemic coach, helping you explore what’s going on and find your own answers. Other times I’ll step in as a mentor, sharing insights and lessons from my own experience. And when you need practical help, I’ll take a consulting role—giving you tools, strategies, and clear next steps.

What if I’ve already done other trainings, courses, or worked with business coaches, and it didn’t work?
I hear that a lot—and it makes total sense.
A lot of programs give you advice that’s too general. They don’t take you into account—how you think, work, and make decisions. So it feels like you're doing all the things but not moving forward.
